When you send a damage report or call-back request, we process the contact, vehicle and damage information you enter and any photographs you upload voluntarily. Technically necessary access data may be processed for security and operation.

Purpose, retention and recipients

The information is used solely to process your request. Form data and images are intended to be retained for no more than 90 days unless legal or contractual reasons require longer retention. Requests are processed for DI VITO AG; the responsible contact address is simone@divitoag.ch.

External services

This website does not automatically load analytics, marketing, map or review services. AutoScout24, Google Business Profile and Google Maps are opened only after a deliberate click on a normal link.
